Keith is an experienced professional in interior design, with a keen eye for business development and a passion for creating spaces that resonate with clients. Possessing a BFA from Arizona State University, where he majored in Intermedia, and an AAS in Interior Design from Scottsdale Community College, Keith brings over a decade of experience in the field to his role at Thoma-Holec Design.
With a specialized focus on senior living interior design for over seven years, Keith holds NCIDQ certification, setting a high standard for his work. Not content to solely focus on design, he also holds licenses as a contractor and real estate agent, leveraging his diverse skill set and entrepreneurial spirit.
In the Business Development role, Keith leads sales and marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. A natural networker, he actively engages with industry events, forging connections and representing Thoma-Holec Design's brand with distinction.
Moreover, Keith is committed to educating stakeholders in the senior living sector and sharing insights and expertise through compelling presentations.
As an active member of the design community, Keith holds associate memberships with the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), demonstrating his commitment to excellence in his field. Additionally, he is involved in the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce, furthering his engagement with his local community.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Keith finds fulfillment in his role as a father to his son, Henry, relishing every moment spent together and witnessing his son's development.
